Living in Jersey City

jcJersey City, #1 Most Livable City in the U.S.

Compared to every American city,  Jersey City has been named the #1 place to live.  Jersey City has the 3rd highest income after housing and the 3rd highest population density (meaning there’s plenty of access to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment).  Residents have the advantage of being so close to New York. Thus people are opting to work in New York where salaries are usually higher, while living in Jersey City, where living cost tend to be lower.  Move to Jersey City and get the best of both worlds.

429 Ultra-Premium Condos are coming to the Jersey City

Last week, two new projects broke ground in the Newport section.   This project will bring 429 condo residences to the area, with ultra-premium finishes and a resort-like amenity package.  Shore House, the smaller of the two buildings, will feature industrial loft-style homes typical of Tribeca and Brooklyn. It will contain 71 one- and two-bedroom units. 75 Park Lane will be a 37-story tower with 358 residences in a mix of studio up to three bedroom layouts. One-bedroom homes in both buildings will start at $650,000. Sales for the project are expected to launch in March 2017 with deliveries in late 2018 for Shore House and late 2019 for 75 Park Lane.
