    The Beach Season is almost here and it’s the perfect time to plan a beach trip near Jersey City and Hoboken. Whether you drive a car or want to use public transportation, there are plenty of beaches accessible for people living in the Jersey City area! 

    Here are 10 beaches easily accessible by car or public transportation around Jersey City:

    Asbury Park

    Asbury Park Boardwalk is one of the most popular beach locations in Jersey! If you are someone who loves food and drinks by the beach, this place is for you. There’s a lot you can do in that area like live music, and various different performances happening. The trip is incomplete without a visit to Asbury Park Bazaar. 

    The best way to get to Asbury Park is by NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line and get off at the Asbury Park stop. Additionally, you can always drive up there as well! 

    Point Pleasant 

    Point Pleasant Beach is one the most beautiful beaches along the Jersey Coast Line. Apart from the Point Pleasant beach, be sure to also check out the Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. The beach is crystal clean and the boardwalk is great for kids, with many activities and rides along with an assortment of games. If that’s not enough, check out Jenkinson’s Aquarium.     You can hop on the NJ Transit train or drive up to Point Pleasant very easily.

    You can easily drive an hour and get to Bradley beach or take the NJ Transit.
