They walked us through every step of the selling process including help with staging our condo in Hoboken, understanding the market drivers, and enabling a flawless closing process. Mark even went beyond his role to help us understand some necessary procedures before closing (like Fire Dept certification of smoke detectors). Without that knowledge it is likely our closing date would have been delayed. Communications on all topics throughout the process were nearly instant.
