Mark worked with me in buying my first home. He was super helpful in guiding me through each step of the way and he always had THE BEST recommendations and contacts for everything I needed through the process. It was great working with Mark as he is local to the neighborhood and doesn’t just know all the places he seems to know all the people in each building too. Mark helped get me a great deal, showed me everything I wanted to see and really went to bat for me.

Mark and his team are consummate professionals! They walked us through every step of the selling process including help with staging our condo in Hoboken, understanding the market drivers, and enabling a flawless closing process. Mark even went beyond his role to help us understand some necessary procedures before closing (like Fire Dept certification of smoke detectors). Without that knowledge it is likely our closing date would have been delayed. Communications on all topics throughout the process were nearly instant. Mark takes pride in the realtor relationship and ensures that the client is satisfied. I would work with Mark and his agency again in a heartbeat.
